You can request deletion of your K-TIPS account here, even if you have removed the app. In the app, go to My page > Delete account.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel them in the store to stop future charges. Card (PG) subscriptions made in the app are cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.
